Playlist for Good Morning Folk for 10/10/2003

This week the 2 feature Cds are again both Canadian. Both come from Borealis Records

The first one is by Bill Garrett and Sue Lothrop with the title Red Shoes. A finely crafted CD with great vocals. The instrumentation is kept simple so it will  not interfere  with  the lyrics.

The second one is by Le Vent du Nord called Maudite Moisson! This CD is all in French with mostly traditional songs and instrumentals. The instrumentals in particular want you to get up and dance. For those who love Matapat try this one.\

As usual I played for tracks of each CD
